LITECOIN: The sleeping giant awakens!
Litecoin is currently trading above $200 guys.
Litecoin has been quiet for sometime but the price surge experienced lately could have just awakened this sleeping giant.
Touted as the silver coin with lightning fast transactions, litecoin has potential.
Could this be the beginning of litecoin's dominance?
Litecoin doesn't need to be dominant in my opinion. It just has to work. Fast, cheap person to person transactions is all we need for this new crypto economy to go mainstream. If not LTC then perhaps DASH or an as yet to appear super coin. Without any doubt, BTC is to slow to be used as a day to day currency, re-enforcing the analogy of BTC as gold, and LTC as silver. My only hold back is that LTC is not anonymous, where as DASH (like cash) can be used anonymously if you want to use the "Private Send" feature. A corporation in the future cannot use either BTC or LTC to invest in "secret" research or investment, because computer bots hired by a competitor can find where they are investing their development money. For transactions like this, DASH hold the advantage.
True, we need a coin that will work and give fiat money serious competition.
