BCSHOP.IO: Online Marketplace for digital goods and services on the blockchain

BCShop.io has created a platform-online marketplace that is blockchain based.

The essence of creating this marketplace is to make it easy for service providers and potential clients to transact openly, and with fair conditions.

BCSHOP.IO is based on the Ethereum blockchain, and the cryptocurrency used for transactional purposes is Ethereum (ETH) naturally.

The website is easy to use, and users can share listings with potential clients, as can be seen in the diagram below.

In addition to the layer of trust added with the help of smart contracts, BCShop also has an inbuilt escrow service.

For clients that want to make use of services, and they fear there might be some risks attached to the transaction, they can use the escrow service to protect themselves.

If users have BCS tokens, escrow services will attract a fee of 0.8%, while transactions handled without the escrow service stand at 0.4%

Buyers will also be eligible for cashbacks, if they have BCS tokens in their wallets, at the time of purchase of any product or service.

USE CASES
John wants to purchase Ethereum, but he doesn't want to go through the stress of using an exchanger.

He sees an ad on the website put up by Elizabeth, which shows she has some for sale.

Seeing both parties don't know each other, they are scared of losing their resources. John attaches the escrow service to his offering, knowing that he will be protected from losses. Elizabeth is more confident, and doesn't hesitate to send the ETH, seeing she can always open a dispute, if she doesn't receive payment from John.

Lucas is an iOS developer, and he is extending the services of his firm to now receive cryptocurrencies. Lucas is a well known name in San Francisco, and is trustworthy, based on the reputation he has built. Prospective clients find the deal put up by Lucas, and all Lucas asks is that they send their name when sending payment. After which, Lucas agency can then begin to work on the order.

MY DESIGN

My design simply shows how an individual is thinking of getting his products to sell more, and also create more visibility for them.

In swoops BCSHOP.IO to create an opportunity, which he can use to sell his digital products or services securely and effectively. Everyone wins in this scenario: the clients, BCShop.io and the renderer of the service.
