ViDiLOOK REFUND UPDATE

On the 16th of September 2023, we officially announced the plans to commence a refund program, Three days after this announcement, the team has been working tirelessly to make this vision a reality especially the IT department that has to squeeze a job that would normally take a few months to complete into a couple of days, we are proud of what we have been able to achieve and we are proud to announce that we have made significant progress in the preparations for the commencement of the refund process and we are finally ready to rollout the first step in the multi-step verification process required for the refund program.

The first step of the process is quite easy, all users has to do is submit some information to the designated email for the refund program, the email should be sent to [email protected] in the following format:
