ViDiLOOK REFUND STATS
To say that the ViDiLOOK community has been amazing would be an understatement, although the journey has been rough, you all have been very understanding, so understanding that we have had to channel most of our resources towards managing the refund program itself instead of spending most of our resources trying to maintain sanity in the ViDiLOOK telegram chat group which we fully expected to be the case considering the circumstances surrounding the refund program and the measures we have had to implement. So before we proceed any further, we want to take out time to thank the amazing ViDiLOOK Community.
We have mentioned from the beginning of this program that we are committed to a policy of transparency and in order to be open to the community, we are publishing the refund stats so you all can know how much progress has been achieved so far, below are the statistics:
REGISTRATIONS: The ViDiLOOK refund program was announced on the 16th of September 2023 and since this announcement, there has been over 7000 registrations in the refund portal.
VERIFICATION: Approximately 90% of registered members complete this crucial next step and about 80% of members get verified in their first attempts, the remaining requests that are rejected are mostly due to incomplete or inaccurate data.
30% Deposit: This is the final step required in the refund process and at the time of writing, only about 60% of registered users has completed this crucial step but we have seen the numbers steadily rising lately compared to when the program was newly launched.
Since the launch of the refund program, $5,600,000+ has been disbursed to refund claimants and counting. We aim to have this program rounded up by the end of the year.
