ViDiLOOK | THE NEXT STEP
In our last correspondence, we outlined the issues surrounding the ViDiLOOK saga and asked our community members for patience and understanding while we navigate through legal process of funds recovery and the aftermath of the exploit. We are happy to note that the legal pressure from our end has been constant and we have managed to recover a fraction of the funds exploited from our systems but we want to assure you that we are not resting until we have recovered 100% of the funds and made our community whole again... Because we believe that for us to successfully return the system back to normal and avoid any lawsuits, we would have to refund affected members before restarting the platform again.
We believe we have a revolutionary idea and it would be a waste not to share it with the world, this is just a temporary setback and once the refund program is complete, ViDiLOOK is going to come back better and stronger.
THE NEXT STEP
Just as mentioned earlier, we have recovered a fraction of the funds exploited from our systems and are working hard to ensure that the rest is recovered and the perpetrators brought to book.
While this is ongoing, due to the legal proceedings already being planned/implemented against the ViDiLOOK administrators, we are eager to proceed with this refund process in order to avoid any legal issues that might delay/halt our plans to restart the platform when the refund program is complete.
TO MAKE THE REFUND PROCESS AS SEAMLESS AS POSSIBLE, WE WOULD BEGIN COLLATION OF DATA, EVERY TEAM LEADER WOULD BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR NETWORK, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MIGHT REQUIRE TEAM LEADERS TO DO MORE WORK, IN THE BROADER EQUATION OF THINGS, IT WOULD HELP US COLLATE THE DATA REQUIRED FOR THE REFUND FASTER AND MORE ACCURATELY AND WE BELIEF THAT EVERY LEADER HAS THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR NETWORK AT HEART AND WOULD DO THEIR BEST TO ENSURE THEY GET REFUNDED.
We might never trust information that is contained in our platform database as the perpetrators continue to have access to that database and are diverting users to another platform, Thankfully we had some backed-up data that wasn't affected, which we would use to compare the data collated before sending out refunds.
We are sorry for the silence for the past few weeks, We are aware of the hardship our users are facing because of the incident that happened, and we are working around the clock to ensure that there is a resolution within a matter of days, we are currently putting things in place to ensure a smooth process, we will most likely start refunding members within a short period of time, thanks for your understanding and patience. We would release information on how team leaders would update the information required.
