I believe XVG already uses TOR.
For that matter there is a TORCoin, an older Torcoin, and now DeepOnion. Looks a lot more legit than the other ones.
I just can't seem to get signed up or apply for the rain, keeps claiming my wallet address doesn't match my profile.
you have to go to your profile settings. Somewhere it says "bitcoin adress" and there you enter the onion adress. It's still buggy though, I get I message that the account has to be registered before the 10th of july 2017.
