Top 3 undervalued promising projects

I will be talking about 2 unknown projects in the crypto world wich will for sure have a really nice growth in 2018 and a very risky one.

My first bet is High Performance Blockchain (HPB)

HPB is a "in development" blockchain, with a long and solid roadmap, that aims to combine the blockchain software with hardware. The company has developed a "chip"(hardware) that enables big companies to use blockchain tecnhology without fearing the scalebility problem that we face this days. The project targets to bring the blokchain to the big companies, and is at this moment working with Union Pay and their data.
The project is truly promising, has a great team(a nobel prize member!!!!!!!!!) behind it, has already a great partnership, good investors( NEO is one of them) and is trying to solve a especific problem.

Annnd guess what!! It wasn't been pumped yet. So I think you guys should for sure check it out!

My second bet is Horizon State (HST)

Horizon State is an Australian project that wants to bring the power of the Ethereum blockchain tecnhology to the old and rusty democratic voting systems susch as in companies, instituitons and even countries. With a public imutable ledger all votes are processed by smart contracts with no margin for errors or even rigged votes. Also it brings the advantage of being able to reduce the voting costs and the speed that comes along with the blockchain.
It has already a partnership with a department of UN.
The team is very professional and passionate about the whole idea, also some good consultants and advisors.
The coin is at a very nice price right now, and it's something that really really brings a solution to a old and pain in the ass world problem.

And finally my third choice it's for sure be a very random but very intriguing and promising one.

It's called Circuits of Value (COVAL)

Circuits of Value is a coin that I have been investigating for a few weeks by now and still I cannot get the whole picture beacause it's missing info on the internet, their website is good but it does not specify anything, but they have good and large team, they aim to work on sidechains and implementing a social network using only our own voice(and other strange projects).
I still think this is very confusing to me. This coin has been around for a couple of years, it changed its name 3 times( I guess) and the team has been reconstruted. They don't have a whitepaper and either a roadmap, but one thing is for sure they are working on the background and only comunicate by Medium.
They have developed some wallets, and they talk a lot about sidechains on the website.
Conclusion: are they some crazy ass devs with no achievemenst at all or are they working silently till they got something really solid that can be implemented at the time they release and can forever change blockchain? If you ask me I am very intrigued and still wanting to learn more, I have a feeling that this guys are doing something big behind the curtain and are worth of a really small investment, but that's me!
