What if steemit had it's own exchange?

Wouldn't it be cool if the steem we acquired could be used to trade on an exchange on the steemit website? That way minnows and whales alike could learn the skills of trading and/or day-trading and be able to use that skill to gain even more steem and a more profitable and diversified portfolio. I personally believe that learning to be a great trader is a fundamental key to gaining financial freedom starting from having very little. I also believe in the opportunity that lies in trading crypto. Good things for all people!
