Starting Off 2018 Right: Forget Bitcoin! This Cryptocurrency Becomes the Fourth Big Crypto To Surpass $1,000 (usd)
It was only a few days ago that the price of one Ether (ETH) was at around $750 usd, yet today Ethereum exceeded the $1,000 milestone, making it the fourth big crypto to surpass that mark. The only other cryptos that have achieved a price of $1,000 usd have been (in order) Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and most recently, Dash (DSH).
What an amazing milestone for Ethereum, especially when, not too long ago, it was only half of $1,000! Even more amazing is the overall growth over the year for Ethereum - from around a mere $10 to increasing its value 100 times in the span of a year. Yeah... I said ONE HUNDRED. What’s next for Etherium; can they reach 10,000 by the end of this year?
Yeah sure, Ethereum has had an amazing year; climbing the crypto market ladder all the way to second place, behind (of course) only Bitcoin, but what crypto didn’t done well in 2017? Just about every cryptocurrency made some kind of progress in 2017. I think its safe to declare that 2017 was the year of cryptocurrency. Even joined in the conversation about Bitcoin. I think I speak for many when I say that I can’t wait to see what 2018 brings for the world of cryptocurrency.
