Solodad: Stay Away from HIT BTC!

I recently had a painful experience with Hit btc. I wanted to try their platform out mostly to buy Steem!
I encountered problems with my accounts.

I had btc stuck in the "on order" wallet.
O.k. no big deal I'll email hit btc and remedy the issue and within 24 hrs I'm sure it will be accessible. No. I receive the standard auto response. I emailed everyday my issue was moved up to a "second level of service"
7 days later I get this.

I checked to see if there had been a change at various points until 3 am the next day when it was finally fixed. However it was not soon. It was not today, and no email has been received.

So I miss yesterdays action especially btc! Price hits the floor and my funds suddenly are available. Coincidence? I don't know. I am clearly upset with this exchange and how they conducted themselves throughout this "non-issue" issue. I withdrawal all funds and the transaction pends for hrs. I'll even give them that one free.

I don't see the general population adopting anything so frustrating. Is their a platform with instant customer service? I would Love to get feed back from you on "Top quality" exchanges.
