Tron is building a gas-free stablecoin solution for Tron, Ethereum chains
Tron is developing a new solution that will enable gas-free stablecoin transfers on the Tron blockchain, as well as Ethereum and other Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible chains.
According to Justin Sun, the creator of Tron, this innovation will first be implemented on the Tron network, and will subsequently be expanded to support Ethereum and other compatible public blockchains. The new solution is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2024.
This gas-free stablecoin transfer feature is aimed at improving the user experience and reducing costs for those transacting with stablecoins on the supported blockchain networks.
