First off, In general I love crypto-currencies.

I love the excitement and the community they bring. I love the technology and innovation, and most importantly I love how they've made society re-think its ideas on the current monetary system.

However, I also find the mindset of large portions of the community to be extremely hilarious. Though there is a lot of good and useful information on crypto out there on the internet, most of it is just one big circle jerk of people telling each other how awesome a particular coin is and how great they are to be invested in it. The vast majority of information about crypto is hype, rumors and nonsense and people will fucking hate you if you talk bad about a coin they like, even if you are providing them with useful information that may help them save money in the long run.
