When will we reach peak Stable coin?
If you thought all those new stablecoins are a bit overkill let me introduce you to HUSD. It kinda a stablecoin made by Huobi.

When you deposit any kind of stablecoins, they will be shown as HUSD in your account.
I predicted this would happen(or joked about it :P).
HUSD solution supports four kinds of stablecoin: Paxos Standard（PAX），True USD（TUSD），USD Coin（USDC）and Gemini Dollars（GUSD).
Notice no Tether?
Of course you can't withdraw HUSD but convert it, but a stable coin like is going to be be made.
A token backed by other tokens that is back by USD a fiat that in a bank doing fractional reserve and loses value every year...
The question is when?
When will we reach peak Stable coin?
I think are almost at the peak of the high, because I can't keep the stable coins anymore.
