Speaking from experience, beginners really should stay away from day trading if they can help it, the lower time frames have a way of playing on your emotions as you don't have the time to sit back and really analyse the data that's in front of you.

I don't think this requires much explanation... even without the Elliott Wave, the confluence at the 0.618 and the 0.786 make this a no-brainer in my book, with the potential to ride a larger degree Wave 3 the R:R is minimal.
