Question: Skrill a good way to arbitrage KRW out of Korea?

The fee is 4% for this conversion alone, but crypto is traded 50% higher in Korea...Then again you can't deposit on other exchanges directly via Skrill...

You mean Skrill offers to exchange KRW to USD?
Then maybe it's worth a shot, I just don't know if people outside of Korea can trade on their exchanges? Haven't looked into it at all.
