Exchange giant Binance launches an Ethereum staking program that offers 6% annualized interest (APY)

Binance has just announced that it is now offering staking rewards for Ethereum holders. For every 1 ETH you hold, you will earn 6% APY.

The Ethereum Merge is set to launch in the coming weeks. This means that Ethereum will transition from a PoW mining system to PoS. This upgrade will be more environmentally friendly.

Binance.US says that it is launching staking for ETH – one of the world’s most popular tokens – in order to provide its customers with the best products and services possible.

To stake your tokens directly through the Ethereum network, you need to have at least 32 ETH. However, if you don't have that much, you can still stake your tokens on Binance.US with just 0.001 ETH.

Binance.US offers the highest APY rewards for staking ETH. The company introduced staking back in June 2022. It has since doubled the total number of digital assets available to stake.
