Continuum Exchange

Wait, wearable exchange? Yes, dude. Sidera offers you to trade your assets wherever you are through the Smart Bit Device. For the all proceeding actions inside, the project created its own blockchain. I can describe it in three simple worlds: Security, Economy and Speed. The blockchain is a hybrid one, where all elements like applications, cryptographic functions, transactions work in parallel way. It lets to avoid the risk of overloading the network, like the most popular currencies face with from time to time. To realize that, devs implemented the Intersect principle. By the way, Continuum is a decentralized exchange, what increase the trust of potential customers tremendously.

Balancers and Proof-of-Load

Miners perform the function of sort of "balancers" of the network. In general, the whole ecosystem is subdivided on 2 main layers, where the 1st is the open-source apps and the 2nd includes all devices. Proof-of-Load Protocol distributes the tasks considering the necessary energy of each one, so the "heaviest tasks" is being directed to the main servers, while others - to the 2nd layers' components (i.e. watches, bracelets). This rational approach lets to proceed up to 500.000 transactions a second. Getting back to the miners, their main function is to distribute the tasks among micro-nodes.
