The amount of corruption in control circles is too vast at this moment in our (alternative) history. Our government and church states have reached too far, and the population has begun waking to it en mass. Things are slow moving from these administrations in admission of guilt and persecution of those same offenders.

Crypto needs to be used to create civillian funded smart contracts for televised transparent independant corruption audits.
All in field police will be equipped with Bodycams with dual feed of operations, one going to a civillian council oversight committee, which will have it's own broadcast stations and, or Tubes.
By funding these activities it will keep both sides honest. Transparency is evils weakness, and behaviour patterns are quite different when people know they are being filmed.
