Crypto and taxes
I heard it was going to be a nightmare for reporting taxes on crypto trades according to the new tax law that trump signed . Every trade is going to be taxed. I dont know hiw this can complied with. Of course the USSA would come out with such stupid laws.
exchanges are not legally required sent trade data to the IRS therefore traders have to do them on their own. This may change in the future but for now I would assume some investors have not disclosed their crypto investments to the government. I am not a tax advisor so do not take any of this as legal advice. Thanks.
