The name of the developer looks familiar, however:

There is no source code of this wallet on his GitHub (https://github.com/avihai-developer). Note: the wallet you see on that page is a fork of the GUI wallet because he sent this pull request: https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/pull/199. This is not the repository of the wallet in question.

It could potentially be an impersonator.
