Patreon for Crypto

I’m looking for a website that allows supporters to support a project via monthly donations that are anonymous and private, and are 100% established crypto with no FIAT comparison. Think top 50 or 100 tokens by market cap.

So I can donate 0.1 LTC to a content creator that is doing great things and the only thing either of us would know is that the person doing the content creating got the money. Neither of us would know the identity of the other except as far as the blockchain would allow.

If the subscription didn’t go through, any benefits that person got would no longer be available to them.

Does something like this exist?
