BITCONNECT - Exit Scam?

Bitconnect hits hard from $437 to $32 only in 3 weeks.

State authorities give two cease-and-desist letters to them and then they immediately shutdown the website and send a letters to the lenders of the platform on how they can withdraw their money.

I feel sorry for those who have lost their hard earned money. :(
