MOBU A Solution To Launch Security Tokens.
MOBU is a decentralized ICO platform and a solution for releases of compatible security tokens in the block chain.
MOBU is an ICO that addresses and solves problems in the real world. Launching a security token can be challenging due to the magnitude of technical, legal and regulatory requirements and procedures. Failure to comply with any of these procedures could result in costly penalties that may endanger or derail a project. A token that complies with all the regulations (which links the ETH addresses to the users by KYC / AML, etc.) is the only way to allow institutional money to the blockchain and an adequate platform is the only way to allow non-technological business to the blockchain.
MOBU implements a unique protocol standard called MOB20 that allows the approval of security tokens around the world and the protection of investors.
By introducing a new innovative and unique method of custodial services for ICO, investors are protected by allowing them to leave the ICO after the crowdsale if the ICO issuers do not comply with their roadmap or objectives. A "lock" utility will also be introduced for the MOBU tokens for service providers to access the services, instead of spending the tokens.

At the moment thousands of new ideas and projects are born in the blockchain but many of them are scams that seek to collect money and deceive the investors. MOBU is the answer for the new projects that are born and the investors that look for security in their investment.
The MOBU ecosystem with its security token gives investors the assurance that new projects comply with all regulations and laws, in addition to complying with what is offered in their whitepaper and allowing them to withdraw if these projects derail or get out of their control. Investors route.

But I need to ask you some question?
So far it seem that MOBU is one of very few ICOs that are completly launched as security token. I wonder why. Wouldn't it be better to come up with some utility to their tokens and launch ICO as a utility token?
And also how will they maintan the price? Does MOBU offer Masternodes or POS to attract hodlers? If I cannot use those tokens and on top of that if there is no POS/masternodes introduced into their structure ... then what would make price go up or at least stay on stable level?

Hello friend, I am not an expert in the subject and I am learning little by little thanks to the contests and reading about these projects. From what I understand, they seek to attract small, medium and large companies in areas other than technology so that through projects they can finance themselves. How to organize ICO's is difficult because of the laws, regulations and the cumbersome nature of the process MOBU offers with its security tokens to give answers, confidence and security to these companies. They also commit to create service utility tokens for these companies.
With the security tokens they will have better access to financing and be able to have a better positioning in the securities markets. Regards :)
