Ethereum Bear Over? Where is next resistance level for ETH/BTC?

Dear friends, a couple of recent developments have helped the ETH price.

First, the Raiden network news:

Second: a price bump in BTC might have also helped ETH price to raise a little.

Currently, ETH/BTC is around 0.035; nicely up from around 0.025 a couple of weeks ago.

The million-dollar question is: Is ETH Bear Market Over? The first clue to the answer to that questions will be at the next resistance level of about 0.044 ETH/BTC. At that level, price would be challenging the 200-DMA and a low from late summer 2018.
