BTC Price is Pumping But STEEM Price Remain Low. What is The Fact for This Situation ???

Today BTC is pumping But STEEM price remain almost constant. BTC increase almost 6% within last 24 hours. Thats mean BTC increase almost $300 USD !!!!

Though BTC price increase , STEEM price is not pumping. Now steem price $0.83 USD. SBD price also remain same as yesterday.

Like BTC , all top cryptocurrencies are going to be upward. What is the matter for this situation ??? Give your answer in comment section .
