What On Earth Is Going On With Craig Wright, Bitcoin SV and Binance Delisting?

Given the amount of attention this story is getting right now I felt it was best that I provide some commentary for you. I speculated on Twitter yesterday that prices had taken a dip due to this Bitcoin SV controversy and here is a more rounded analysis of the situation for the sake of clarity.

Drama seems to be the appropriate word. Regardless of whether it shakes up the market for a day or a week, this feels like a self policing behavior. Major Exchanges publicly say this is bad behavior. Warning are ignored. Delisting and votes to do so follow. I like it. Long ago, you explained how the means by which someone or some entity could identify themselves as SN. If that has not happened, it's not worth the drama, but it's always worth understanding what you identify as pressures pushing or pulling on any given day. Thank you.

agreed. if he says he is who he says he is, he needs to just sign a transaction..

Nice Take, on very controversial episode, which has been more towards ego than enhancement of crypto.

Have been surprise, it hasnt lead to mini sell off

Really. That was/is escalating... Thanx for your the dive into this.

I thought that Satoshi is in this matter a collective name ;)

The loss of liquidity will be tough to overcome given the state of the markets. I think this will also make communities think twice in forging forward with new forks of any network.

he can be whatever, I dont care ... anyway I also find impressive that so many people care about delisting BSV from exchanges at those twitter pools when we know that only he have the powermachines to mine that big block blockchain ...

I have already guessed that there would be some big conflicts between big coin companies and markets. I also estimate more conflicts will happen in the next bull run which was started. Thank you for this valuable post.

I’m not a huge SV fan or anything but it’s concerning how much control a few companies have over the cryptocurrency markets
