We experienced an incredible amount of negative stories all at once (Coincidence? I think not.) over the last few weeks...it is nice that we are starting to see a solid stream of positivity, boosting the market. If things remain on this track, the should be a nice surge soon.

$19K by the end of 2018 is exciting but also incredibly conservative by most estimations. I think most people would actually be disappointed if that is where we landed.
