The Advantages of An Early Start

Now aged 38 it’s taken me over twenty years to value the benefits of dragging myself out of bed early, or being awoken by my 11 month old son (usually by climbing on my head).

Before work I get to spend precious time with Nile, making breakfast while also catching up on any over night crypto news, which is the main reason I’m writing this post.

The optimum time seems to be 5-6 AM (UK) to catch the tail end of any developments coming out of the US and Asian markets, and if you are a European day trader, it gives you the advantage of planning your day accordingly.

The Romans said it perfectly, “Carpe Diem”.
