After my wife, children, grandchildren and family I have 4 main interests.

Presently I am loading up with Falcon coins, I believe this project may have legs, or should I say wings.

In 2012 I watched the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and went to sleep. When I woke I was blind, I thought I was still asleep and dreaming, unfortunately not, I had a stroke in my sleep.
The blindness passed pretty quickly but my vision was impaired to the point I now needed glasses. As part of my rehabilitation I started painting, I had done no art at all since school and there I was a grandfather learning to paint unaided.

This was my very first painting, it measures 1.5 meters x 1 meter, I painted it for my wife.

If a single hobby defines me it is fish keeping, after keeping cold water and tropical fish I discovered marines about 25 years ago. In all that time I have only been without an aquarium for 9 months when I went to the States to marry my wife. I have also had limited success breeding tropical marine fish including Mandarins.

My Pistol Shrimp and Yellow Watchman Gobie pair, I never tire of watching them.

And then there is politics, I think I am probably a socialist democrat, although I am sure other people have their own names for it. Anyway I love it, not everyone does.
