Staying vigilant in the crypto market.
I have never seen anything like this before...
Okay, I'm only 24 years old. But the way the crypto market is functioning right now really makes you wonder what the future will hold. Between the back and forth mudslinging and FUD (that's fear, uncertainty, and doubt) it's hard for the common investor to digest quality information and understand what is "fake news" and what is real. Which crypto should I invest in? is the common question after reading into all of the noise.
It's really, really hard. Because of the relatively high technical knowledge that creates a barrier to entry to investing in the crypto space, Reddit functions as the central hub of information. There can be tons of false information and untrue facts that are put out there simply because there is so much money at stake. If an investor that has put 10K of savings into one cryptocurrency sees an opportunity to mudsling against a directly competing cryptocurrency, he/she will probably take it.
It's CRUCIAL for you to DYOR (do your own research). If you're actually going to be investing your hard earned cash into this space, gather as much information as you can and dig down into what the core value of each crypto is. Block at as much useless noise as possible and seek quality opinions. I probably read Reddit articles for 1-2 hours each day and that has allowed me to see how much nonsense is out there. After reading so much you come to understand who the genuine investors and thinkers are.
Be careful. And good luck staying vigilant.
In your opinion @larrydavid4, which of the first 100's crypto will more grow in this week?
And why? (I have to answer to a contest, LOL)
