Just think about it... You're in line in the self-checkout... the person three people ahead is distracted... they're not done shopping. NO! .... you call ahead to a business and tell them you're going to stop by and buy a product they sell. They don't ask you any follow-up questions... you go to the business and they say they can't sell you that thing after all.
