Hard attestations are actual verifications done by entities for claims made by the user. Here are some of the classes of attestors: a person,companies, Universities,course provide, Examination Provider.

Types of attestation who can make on the platform: skill endorsement,educational qualification attestation, additional courses attestation etc.

Spring network relies on the users of the platform, it is important to ensure that only verified users are on the platform,so they have two level of verification.Level 1 lets them explore the platform but gives the user limited actions to perform on the platform. Level 2 completes their profile and verifies their identity - the user has complete access to the platform.
