Tweets, Google Searches, strange rumblings and rumors. Well I explored the search by doing the site:coinbase Ripple into Google as described by a tweet and sure enough........

    Well this is great news as I've not heard the best things of bittrex but I do have a coin base account! Thanks for the heads up.....

      Bittrex is fine for me. Coinbase locks up and shuts down with volume, traffic and price moves. I think Bittrex is safer when trading is hot. I would recommend it.
