@AnneOminous reports that although the Tezos FaceSchnook page has shown a lot of integrity in apparently allowing free discussion on their page, without the heavy-handed censorship that is so common in social media, they have, apparently, 'disappeared/retracted' one of their own comments in a thread in a discussion regarding a possible class-action suit against Tezos.

@AnneOminous reports, "A Tezos FS explanation/excuse in a thread was suddenly withdrawn when holes in the logic were pointed out in a following comment. This indicates that the Tezos publicity and legal departments were consulted and advised that the comment be withdrawn. If this is not, in fact, the case, then it casts serious doubts on the competence of Tezos in their publicity and legal stances, since these kinds of things can have serious consequences for any company that ignores them.

Carlos 'Tejos' Hernandez, long-time 'invisible scourge' of the CypherPunks mailing list, has been most vociferous in calling Tezos to account for the mistakes and missteps that have taken place during their ICO fundraiser. And, as usual, he makes no effort to be 'kind' in his critiques of Tezos' shortcomings. And, as usual, when asked for publishable comments on his criticisms, he bends over backwards to give his targets/victims the benefit of the doubt.
"There are some theoretically 'bad' signs," he says, "but surprisingly few for a developmental enterprise that is taking their first steps into the real world.
"On the plus side, they have seemed to be quick about addressing and 'fixing' the problems their contributors have run into during the opening phases of their ICO, and most of these have been relatively minor...not 'deadly.' On the other hand, when confronted with the fact that their contribution process has resulted in a variety of small investors having their money taken from them and getting nothing in return, they seem to be quick to point out that the Mars rover contained a capsule listing the 'conditions' on contributions, so they are blameless.
"Problems arise. Integrity is determined by how a company responds to the problems. If Tezos responds by placing the responsibility for their failings on the little people, particularly the disabled and those who aren't totally tech-savvy, then I would be very, very nervous for their future actions if I was a major investor/contributor."
'Tejos' Henandez summed up by saying, "Full disclosure? I have invested the equivalent of several hundred cups of StarBucks coffee in Tezos. I knew the significance of hash rates before BitCoin even existed. I have designed websites and written computer programs since the first shrink-wrap from a DOS disk ( 5 1/2" Floppy ) hit the floor after it was opened. Yet I sent my contributions into Tezos and got nothing in return. They can 'fix' their mistake or blow me off and call me stupid, I don't care. But if I perceive that they are putting responsibility for their contributors mistakes on them, instead of themselves, I will turn @AnneOminous loose with no holds barred."
