weekend crypto nosedive

some of my tokens/coins had a little nosedive at the weekend, and mostly the bitcoin itself dropped nearly £400, whereas other coins like metal and sydicate had really good growths. My ETH and ANS fell sharply but seem to bestruggling back up again today. TENX has remained stagnant for the past 2 week but I can see that there is still al lot of work going on at TENX in line for the official final assault of TENX up coming at the end of july. all and all, my investments dropped by around %30 in the past week. Genesis mining has paid out as promised so im clocking up BTC, LTC, DASH, REP, ZEC at a healthy rate.
