I would say now it does not depend on speculation any more we have already went through that. Maybe the first steps of the bull run but bitcoin should be started being applied as the actual payment method if it should get to those numbers. As long as it will be able to perform as a stable, secure, cheap and reliable payment method it can easily get to those numbers.
Wow. John McAfee sure is optimistic. I’m with you. 50k by 2020 is a good moderate target. If it’s too unpredictable with wild climbs and steep drops, regular folks will get scared off. Stability and steady and consistent growth is the best long term scenario.
The chart sure is interesting. It’s great to see people like Cramer he do optimistic because he has such a big platform.

I like to be conservative. The next Bitcoin halvening is not far off.
As long as Stiglitz and Rogoff are wrong I can life with it :)
This will be interesting to watch. It feels like we're getting to the end of this accumulation phase and things are ripe to pop again.
Gosh...do you know how old I'll be in 2030? Hopefully the whole world would have adopted bitcoin by then and we would be able to retire successfully.
