I don't think Putin "Endorsed" Ethereum, did he?
Meeting with Vtalik does not imply endorsement - merely shows that he is interested enough to talk.
I can't imagine Russia using Ethereum - or any decentralized, truly public, fair blockchain. They will, at most, design a rigged and government-sponsored "blockchain" designed to retain their power.
The central bank in Russia has started using the blockchain technology already.
Ya, and? You think they're going to build a legal Russian currency on Ethereum?
NO, absolutely not. But what i am seeing is a total blockchain backed economy which will be most probably etherium like if not etherium.
