Marscoin wallet airdrop scam or not?

Hi, i received at least three emails today, for installing Marscoin wallet and receive up to 100000 coins. Any idea if that happened to anyone, or a phising scam?
when i tried downlading wallet from their website, i got a microsoft warning for unsafe files, which ididnt get from other wallets.
