You can put money to your Paypal Account using Cryptocurrency if you don't have any credit card. Try using CyberBTC:

How it works? You will send your crypto to the wallet they provide and open a ticket to inform them of your order. Then, you will wait for them to pay the amount equivalent less the fee on your Paypal Account. It's interesting to note that their account on Paypal is not named after their company but on a person. It's like you sell to them your crypto and they will pay using their Paypal Account.
