GRAFT; Global Decentralized Payment Processing Network

Hello friends, there is a decentralised cryptocurrency payment platform i discovered recently called GRAFT, and i am so glad to be writing and making designs relevant to the project. This week, I made some designs representing Graft Network to encourage you to check out their website. Just in case you have not heard about Graft and what the payment network is about, i will describe and give you an overview of what they are all about before we get into the designs proper.

WHAT IS GRAFT

Basically, the idea is taking cryptocurrency to the next level, the next level is payment processsing. What Graft wants to do is to take your cryptocurrency and allow you to spend it at point of sale. This means that, if for example, you are at Walmart or the gas station, you can pay with your monero, your zcash or your red coin at point of sale that is instantly and seamlessly transferred and given to the merchant which is transferred into fiat currency. This is amazing to me and this is absolutely going to transform the market much like Paypal transformed their market back then. It could be likened somewhat to Samsung pay in this respect. If you have ever used Samsung pay, you will be aware that you can use it on almost any credit card terminal that accepts a swipe. So it mimics the swipe technology which is something that a lot of other payment platforms was not able to do, and i believe Graft is doing what Samsung pay did but its better now because they intend to make it universal and allow you to accept cryptocurrency if you are a merchant, and to spend cryptocurrency at point of sale, so everything becomes more seamless.

INTERESTING POINTS

• Accept various cryptocurrency along with fiat at the point of sale.
  Mobile Point of Sale app accepts various cryptocurrencies, which eliminates the need to maintain multiple point of sale apps and wallets
• Accept or pay in cryptocurrency on the go.
  Transaction are settled in real time and payouts can be received in local currency. Any transaction will take you up to 2 seconds. This is pretty fast
• Free Transfer between Wallets
  Neither sender nor receiver pays any fee for limited number of low priority slow funds transfers between wallets

From the feature comparison, i really like the real time authorizations also known as instant confirmation because it basically hasn't been seen or i personally haven't seen yet. Others are close-to, some are pretty fast, but real time authorizations which they are offering is a cool idea.
Some of the points there that i found interesting is single point of sale accepting multiple cryptocurrencies and credit card, this i really a selling point for me. Single wallet which can pay with multiple cryptocurrencies and credit cards is also cool. I will like to see a wallet that accepts the top 50 or 100 cryptocurrencies, even if they don't accept all of the cryptocurrencies at point of sale, they are supposed to be accepting all of them or at least the ones that are legit.
The security of transactions are high. The transactions are untraceable, unlinkeable, and the transaction fees are invisible.

Now to the designs proper. I will give the highlights of Graft in design formats
This is the main design that i think totally describes the goal of Graft.

1. Integrations with leading terminal providers
   Below is a mockup i created showing how Graft is integrating with leading terminal providers, which enables accepting cryptocurrency without changing POS system.
   

2.Accept major cryptocurrencies at Point of Sale
I used this restaurant and mall design to show how one can pay for services with cryptocurrency and other exchange means when Graft is being integrated into the business

3.Mobile Applications.

  Quickly find businesses that accept cryptocurrrency by category and by location. All Crypto – Friendly Venues Are Finally Listed in this App. It actually discovers nearby venues or locations that accept cryptocurrencies as payment.
