Crypto Robbers, a New Fad?

"Armed men broke into the family home of a cryptocurrency trader and are believed to have forced him at gunpoint to transfer holdings of the virtual currency bitcoin." this is reported in The Guardian today, so in reality the "are believed" just means there are suspicions it is not corroborated, but could be true.

I know there have already been several posts about this, so it is not news to most of the people who are here every day. But you know, I looked this up on Google to see what other newspaper had this news to see if I could verify it, surprisingly I came up with this title from a Canadian news media from January 24, 2018:

In this article apart from this story, there are some mentions of other crypto currency crimes committed in the recent past.

So, I think people should be very careful about giving out their physical addresses to anyone online, because these robbers have their crypto wallets and must have a more or less good knowledge of the crypto world. It is nearly the perfect robbery, if nobody sees their faces and crypto is as secure as it is supposed to be, goodbye money, you'll never get it back. Also could these robberies be linked?
