Marshal Island Writes Bill for sole currency to be a Crypto
Earlier today the small country of Marshall Islands (A member of the UN), signed a bill to make a cryptocurrency its sole sovereign currency.
This means a United Nation country has signed a bill to make a cryptocurrency legal tender.
This is a huge leap forward in the market. It shows signs of a mass adoption and could be a step forward towards mass adoption for the Future.
As the Marshall Islands adopted a cryptocurrency as its national currency.
This marks an interesting step forward this ultimately means traditional payment solutions such as Visa and Mastercard will have to accept this cryptocurrency as it is legal tender of a united nation country.
This is ultimately the ultimate test of a use case of a cryptocurrency in everyday use.
