Well that would be nice, though I highly doubt it will ever go that high without a serious reason for investors to start pouring their money at it. AFAIK Steem is designed to be inflationary, and it doesn't show much of a promise in ROI.
I'm not saying it can't gain value, it's just that I don't see it rising above $3 anytime soon if it can't offer any promise of returns (interest) for prospective investors.
I think it can happen but need 3 things!
First community has to grow much more to be interesting for companies to invest!
Then place ads in DTube and steemit but they need to buy and spend steem!!
Last we need more ways to spend steem, media tokens will help with that i think...

I wouldn't call it moon since the price in satoshi is generally going down and down a few months now. This price spike is mainly due to btc rising :)
