It contains a requirement to start the necessary for the regulatory legal framework, for entering various activities directly from a foreign language into the Ukrainian National Classifier,

with subsequent development

"Conception on creating favorable conditions for mining in Ukraine".

At the same time, activities related to the ministry, from the point of view of legislation, provision of services to maintain and provide services to distributed digital data registries, as well as using block-based technologies, processing of data sets and digital smart contracts operating in distributed digital registries.

The head of the ministry, moreover, whether that productive work on this complex resolution of all major state bodies, therefore, the development of all the necessary regulatory framework will be conducted jointly with the Ministry of Finance, the National Banking Service, the Security Service, the Electronic Government Agency, the Ministry of Justice, etc. ,

After the process of updating the regulatory policy is completed, physical and legal entities will have the opportunity to specify the mining when registering activities in a single state register of enterprises.
