We wish to be subject to and compliant with the FIU, FSA (Estonia) and other Estonian governing
authorities prescribed guidelines at all times. We will take the required permissions and
authorization from the FIU, FSA as and when we develop further features which would need such
action from our end. The current plan is to list moolyacoin on crypto-exchange(s). The discussions
with crypto-exchange(s) is in progress and shall be shared with the community and backers in due
course. Irrespective of such developments, it is hereby clarified that transactions cannot be initiated
on moolya҃s platform – to be carried out on other connected exchanges. moolya platform will not
host or hold any other crypto-currency on the platform. None of the other crypto-currency will be
possible to be operated on the platform, since only moolyacoin will be integrated on our platform.
Coin swaps / Token swaps will neither be possible nor permitted. The integration with the 3rd Party
ERC20 wallets will be programmed to permit only moolyacoins to be accessed or transacted on
moolya platform.
What is moolya coin?
moolyacoin is an ERC20 coin that aims to become the preferred method to conduct business and
access the ecosystem of services on moolya platform - www.moolya.global using the Ethereum
blockchain protocol. The adoption of moolyacoin aims to promote the cause of moolya - the world҃s
1st global digital startup ecosystem making the platform popular and increase the stake holders
valuation.
ERC20 coins called moolyacoins will be created on the Ethereum blockchain and they will be sold to
the public (namely community members and users). moolyacoin is a preferred coin that will allow
the community users to access the service provided by the moolya platform. Regular representative
and fiat currencies are also accepted alongside moolyacoins.
