Update on JSE mining after 5 weeks using a raspberry pi 3. Things have run smoothly with no problems.
Looking at the Electricity cost which are minimal 10p a week which is about 12 cents US. I have now mined enough coins to pay for the full years running cost at the current price of 0.002529p per coin.

These are the figures after 5 weeks..
Cost 50 pence
Mined 1800 coins
Value £6.43

What i have noticed is that the more miners come online the less coins you mine. When i started there was around 3500 miners online and now there is 4500. But its still definitely worth it for a good ROI

JSE now have a shop where you can buy goodies like Hoodies, T Shirts and Caps plus other stuff for payment in JSE coins.

What is this JSE mining? Any dapp or project on steem Blockchain or in a different Blockchain?

When the term "mining" comes to our mind, we think about having a high configuration desktop and consumption of huge amount of data. What about jsecoin? Does it utilise too much of CPU power and Internet data?

I think its java script based hence JS E and it runs in the back ground. From what i understand they run a lottery every 30 seconds and you get an entry by finding a hash and only 1 entry per 30 second lottery so not to hard
