Well, I agree with "free is free", but they can't offer $20-25 in Stellar AND limit it to $125 million AND have unlimited sign ups. One of those has to change.
Starting with $25 of XLM per person on a first come first rewarded basis. Thanks for checking! When we email you w/ specific instrux to claim your XLM the amount will also be in the email.
I'm guessing that will go quickly and then everyone else gets less and less. I probably won't get anything bigger than $1 XLM .

Probably the "unlimited signups" part will be capped, somehow, sometimes.
