WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO CASH OUT ON YOUR CRYPTO?

The article below is an interesting read. Lately, I have been faced with the question, when is a good time to cash out? Although there is never a clear and cut easy answer to this question, and no guaranteed formula to follow that tells you when is the perfect time to liquidate some of your gains, the author makes some good points about considering liquidating a small percentage of your investment. But in the crypto world, when it rains $$$ it pours, there is always that fear, "Did I get out too early?" I always say when in doubt, then go by the odds. Choose whichever road where the greater odds are in your favor. If you follow that advice, then even though sometimes you might be wrong, at least there is a greater chance that you will be right.

A prominent Youtuber recently shared he had alot of Bitcoin when it was $10. Once it hit $15, he sold all his positions, thinking he can just easily buy back in. Although it wasn't as low as it was, it was still low enough that he could afford it at the time. Unfortunately, soon after he made this move, bitcoin surged to a point that was so high, he was never able to get back in. I'm sure it pains him to see the price of Bitcoin every day since then.

*Did he make make a profit on his investment? Yes, so he wasn't necessarily wrong.

*Could he have made more if he HODLed? Yes, but how could he have known the future?
We don't know which, if any, of our investments will be THE ONE that will make our dreams of retiring young come true.

So when is the best time to liquify? Only you can answer that question because only you know what your personal financial needs and goals are. In this volatile space, there is no crystal ball, no magical software program, not even umpteen degrees from Harvard, that can even come close to telling you this answer. That's the love and hate we all have for crypto.
