HomeMine ICO – Passive Mining on Household Electrical Appliances for Everyone
The days are long gone when you could earn money at home by simply using the capacity of your personal computer. Hashing is becoming more and more complex, and today the mining entry threshold for an average person has become critically high – both in terms of equipment costs and necessary competencies.
HomeMineCoin OÜ responded to this challenge with its HomeMine project to be launched for ICO on May 21st. This project reveals new opportunities for passive mining with the use of conventional household electrical appliances. HomeMine working prototype is a low-budget power filter with a built-in mining chip designed for home-based mining. To start the process, you just need to plug in any appliance via the filter. The device is designed for ordinary people without any knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, who want to try mining. Even if you are the most remote person from the crypto community, you can mine every time you use a kettle or a microwave oven, charge your smartphone, etc.
A full ecosystem has been developed for the project, which includes an HMT token, an inner mining pool allowing to mine own coins, a wallets system, a mobile app, and the device connected to the pool. The business model also involves the buy-back of the mined HMC coins by the HomeMine administration at a fixed rate of $42. The device can be obtained in exchange for HMT tokens purchased within ICO.
According to Georgy Sandarovsky, HomeMine founder, and CEO, the idea of HomeMine is not to earn a lot of money with mining, but to reduce expenses for electrical power consumption, getting cash back from each kWh.
