What is a cryptocurrency ?

A cryptocurrency is a currency issued on a computer network that communicates with each other using a blockchain.

You can exchange this currency using an electronic wallet with other users.

The value of this currency depends on the number of users and the trust that users put in that currency.

The Bitshares trading platform allows you to exchange the Ventureo with other cryptocurrencies, but there are not enough users currently to exchange Ventureo.

Why change money ?

Each quarter, the European Central Bank creates euros and distributes them to banks. Banks make loans and you repay them by your work. It's the debt currency.

• This system is unequal: inequalities increase in society because banks are mainly ready for businesses and states that already have money.
• This system strengthens a society based on the short-term profit of companies and not on the long-term needs of the people.
• This system can only work with a perpetual growth required by the interests of the loans, except the resources of our planet are finished, as a picture of the earth taken from the space shows so well. We must therefore invent a new economic system based on the intelligent use of the commons and no longer on perpetual material growth. The time of centralized currencies is thus over.

Associations have difficulty financing their projects. You could see it! a specific currency, intended for associations and not for banks, seems to me more interesting. The associations carry projects based on the needs of the population and for the most part, they have a long-term vision of the society in which we want to live and not the demands of profitability in the short term. Do you see the difference ?

How can this currency be useful for my association ?

The Ventureo project started in January 2018, the current step is to convince the associations to use this currency.

When a hundred or so associations have subscribed to this program, the members of these associations will be able to exchange goods and services in Ventureo.

For example, if the food truck Spirit of Geneva offers meals in Ventureo, and an association offering computer services is also involved in the project, a member of the computer association can consume meals by paying in Ventureo and selling IT services in Ventureo, the more the number of participants increases, the more the offer of service is imporatnte and the more the Ventureo increases in value;

The first participants carefully keep their Ventureo in their e-wallet until other organizations offer goods and services that interest them.
